Packaging Production Process
If you make a work request to us, we will simply guide you through the production process step by step.
Before production, we will have detailed meetings with you regarding the progression schedule and content.
We can consult with you during the production period you request. Even if you only have a vague idea of the contents of your request, please feel free to inquire with us.
Production Period: Around 2 weeks to 2 months
Production Process
Please feel free to inquire with us. Please tell us if your content is already fixed to an extent. Even if you don’t have a complete idea of your content, our company can provide suitable advice.
We will make a quotation based on the contents of your inquiry. We can also provide quotations after an advance inquiry and listening to your requests.
After receiving your order, we will hold meetings for the production. We conduct detailed interviews with you for the planning and configuration.
Based on what we discussed in our meeting, we draw up concepts and plans, and a designer will create a rough sketch. After confirming the content, we create sketches that further include the details, color scheme, and layout.
After confirming the sketch, we create a design that will be the master data for the actual packaging. As necessary, we make arrangements for materials, such as photography of products and people, illustration creation and stock photos, as well as copywriting.
We create a prototype molded in the same format and shape as the actual packaging, then we check and fine-tune it.
After checking the dummy, we start production of the necessary volume.
1.Proofreading
We carry out repeated proofreading and editing work to confirm the finished image, and after the final check, the design is complete and we proceed to printing plate creation.
2.Printing Plate
We create a plate for packaging printing based on the final proof data. Using offset printing, we imprint the design onto a PS plate (aluminum plate).
3.Printing
We print using methods that suit your purpose and the material quality. Varnishing to preserve the printing surface is also carried out during this process.
4.Processing
As necessary, we perform processing such as surface processing, foil stamping, and embossment.
5.Die Stamping
With a mold created based on a development plan, we die-stamp the printed and processed packaging.
6.Pasting
As necessary, the die-stamped packaging is pasted together with margin flaps to complete a three-dimensional object.
