Can I meet directly with your company?

A

You can. Basically, we proceed with all projects based on direct interviews with our clients.
Our company also has a design consultation room, so if you visit, our Production Department will also be present at the meeting.

Can I drop by to have a meeting with your company?

A

Of course you can.
Our company’s designers will also be present in the meeting space, and we hold meetings with clients while they reference samples of our past work.

Q

This is my first time requesting a design, so I have no idea how this works.

A

That’s not a problem at all. Our company will guide you through the process, from scratch, for company brochures and catalog production, website production, and video production.
Knowing what you want beforehand makes the production go more smoothly. If possible, please decide on what you want to produce, what is the objective of your production, and what date you plan to have it finished by.

I am located far from your company. Can I still make a request?

A

Of course, no problem at all.
For customers located far from our office, we can discuss your request through video calls such as skype, or e-mail or telephone.
You can also visit us for a face to face meeting if you wish to have a consultation that way.

About design and production (general)

Can you participate in design competitions?

A

In general, please judge our work based on our past track record and production samples.
In principle, we refuse participation in uncompensated competitions.

Q

How many revisions can I request?

A

We aim to provide 2-3 revisions.

Can I make requests for photography and video shoots?

A

Of course, no problem at all.
You can meet directly with our photographers.

How many design patterns can you provide?

A

Basically, we provide 1 pattern for 1 design project.
We can also provide additional design proposals at an additional cost, so feel free to consult with us.

Can you do branding?

A

Yes, we can. We are especially skilled at unifying printed materials and websites for CI and company brochures, and at constructing a consistent brand image.

Can you take on requests that are not listed in your design menu?

A

Our company takes on all kinds of creative productions.
We will work together with you to meet your requests, so please feel free to consult with us.

Can you give a design proposal before I make an order?

A

Very sorry to say that we can't.
We do not give design proposals before an order is placed.

Q

Can you make proposals that are suitable for my budget?

A

We ask for a rough idea of your budget and then provide several kinds of quotations.
Based on this, we listen to your intentions and make proposals within the possible scope.

Please tell me how you handle design rights.

A

The design copyright belongs to our company.
We have a data transfer purchasing service for secondary use, so please feel free to consult with us as appropriate.

I would like to request copywriting or text production. Is this possible?

A

Yes, we can do that.
We think that copy and design have an inseparable relationship. Feel free to consult with us anytime.

Can I request illustration, character, and icon creation?

A

Of course, that's no problem at all.
Our company’s illustrators or designers will work together with you on your project.
If you are requesting productions in multiple usage mediums, there may be a secondary usage fee.

Can you conduct data collection and interviews?

A

Yes, we can. We conduct data collection and interviewss together with our copywriters, directors, and photographers.
We can also do video shoots, so please feel free to consult with us.

Can I communicate my requests directly to your designers in the meetings?

A

Of course you can.
Designers can be present at meetings if you wish.

Q

I would like to request both pamphlets and a website from your company at the same time. Is this possible?

A

Yes it is. No problem at all.
We can proceed with productions using shared data, so this costs less than creating just one project.
We also have a “business opening design plan” prepared so please consider it.

Can you deliver the final product with the original data that was produced?

A

In principle, we do not hand over the production data.
If you need the data, please indicate so at the start. We can provide a quotation that includes data handover fees.

About design and production (print media)

Q

Can I request color proofing?

A

The price will differ depending on the proofing process used, so please consult with us beforehand. Two examples include “machine proofing” done on a printing machine in the same way as the actual printing, and “simple proofreading” which is easier to carry out.

Can I choose the paper quality and paper materials?

A

Yes, you can.
We have several paper samples prepared, and will bring them with us when offering proposals.
The fee will differ depending on the kind of paper used, so please consult with us.

Can you provide special processing with the printing?

A

We can handle different kinds of processing depending on your requests, such as using special paper, foil stamping, UV coating, PP processing, special folding processing, and printing with designated special features.

What elements determine the price of pamphlet creation and catalogs?

A

The fee is determined by various factors including the design content, size, whether there are photographed items, the number of colors printed (4 colors or monochrome), page number, paper quality, paper thickness, and processing methods.

About design and production (web media)

Q

Can I request domain acquisitions, server preparations, and operations and management?

A

Of course. That's no problem.
We can work with you on server selection, domain acquisition, and the management, operations, and maintenance of your web media after that.
We can also choose domain names for you.

Q

Can you make websites that can be viewed on smartphones and iPads?

A

Of course. That's no problem.
Basically, we can make websites that are very responsive.

Q

Can you make online shopping sites?

A

We can make e-commerce sites with no trouble at all.
We can do it together with product photography. You can order both at the same time.

Q

Can you handle WordPress?

A

No problem.
The WordPress management screen is very ease to use, with the ability to intuitively update your site. We also recommend it as part of your SEO strategy.

Can you install access analysis?

A

We can.
We can implement Google Analytics.
You can easily analyze the viewing time and page views of visitors.

Fees

Can I just get a quotation?

A

Of course, no problem at all.
Quotations alone cost nothing so feel free to consult with us anytime.

Can I pay the production costs after delivery is completed?

A

For your first transaction only you must pay 50% of the quotation as seed money at the proposal state of the first design draft.
Otherwise, you can pay after delivery for subsequent transactions. If you wish for a payment method other than the one listed above, please feel free to consult with us.

What payment methods do you accept?

A

We accept transfers at our company’s designated bank account.
For payment with bills or electronic bills please consult with us.

Q

How much of the price list is included?

A

The proposed portions for 1 to 2 designs are included.
However, materials such as the used catch copy, text, and photographs incur separate fees.
We can also propose extra designs for an extra fee so please feel free to consult with us.

Q

Does the price list on your website include consumption tax?

A

Consumption tax is not included.
The listed prices are tax excluded so the amount of consumption tax is added separately.

Delivery

Q

Can you hold on to the produced catalogs and company brochures?

A

We can store your items for a separate monthly storage fee.
The price changes depending on the amount of items you wish to store, so please consult with us.

Q

Can you delivered the finish product or a sample draft?

A

Yes, the finished product and sample draft are included in the price.
The quantity differs depending on the delivered items so please consult with us.

Q

What should I communicate regarding the delivery time?

A

Basically, please tell us the delivery date, delivery location (consult with us if you want multiple locations), package numbers, company name, and supervisor name.
Regarding package numbers, there may be times when we cannot meet your wishes due to delivery conditions.

Q

Can I request work after completion, such as packing, detailed classification, and product inspection?

A

We can conduct classification of the completed printed materials, as well as enclosing and inspection.
We will handle post-processes if you contact us with the details when you make your order.

Q

Can you ship overseas?

A

We are very sorry, but we cannot ship overseas.
