If you make a work request to us, we will simply guide you through the production process step by step.
Before production, we will have detailed meetings with you regarding the progression schedule and content.
We can consult with you during the production period you request. Even if you only have a vague idea of the contents of your request, please feel free to inquire with us.

Even if you don’t have a complete idea of your content, our company can provide suitable advice.
We conduct interviews to discuss the necessary information for instruction manual creation, including information on the product specs and contents, as well as the target audience.
We also ask about the size and format of your instruction manual.
Based on what we discussed at the orientation, we propose configuration plans and image drafts for the instruction manual.
We also present you with a quotation.
We create a rough draft, and then start work on the manuscript based on the provided specification forms and materials, as well as the actual device.
As we do that, we also draw up visuals such as illustrations.
We lay out the completed manuscript and illustrations using DTP software.
We also add indexed information, including a table of contents and index, as well as footnotes.
First, we perform repeated revisions and editing work in-house. After making the content more precise, we involve the client in the process, and as necessary discuss things such as checking the actual device. Then we look at things from the user’s perspective, and check if there is anything we missed or anything that needs to be added.
After the final check, the design (final proof) is complete.
We deliver the data or printed items through the final delivery format.
